Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

CLI Project 04 Word Counter:

This is a simple Word Counter Project made on Typescript.

Description:

CLI Word Counter is a simple tool that allows you to count various statistics of a text input, including word count, letter count, number count, character count, unique word count, and unique letter count. It provides a user-friendly interface to enter text and view the results in a tabel format.

Installation:

To use this Word Counter app CLI, follow these steps:

  1. npm install @azfarmasood21/cli-project-04-word-counter-04

OR:

  1. npx install @azfarmasood21/cli-project-04-word-counter-04

How To Use:

The application will prompt you to enter your text description. After entering your text, it will list the counts of words, letters, numbers, characters, unique words, and unique letters in your text.

  • Count total words in the input text.
  • Count total letters in the input text.
  • Count total numbers in the input text.
  • Count total characters in the input text.
  • Count total unique words in the input text.
  • Count total unique letters in the input text.
