Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

hepatitis c virus (hcv) is a small, enveloped, positive-strand rna virus. its genome consists of a 9.6-kb polyprotein that encodes for three structural proteins (core, envelope proteins e1 and e2) and seven nonstructural proteins (p7, ns2, ns3, ns4a, ns4b, ns5a and ns5b). the coding sequences of these proteins are under the control of a single promoter and are expressed as a single polyprotein. the nonstructural proteins are translated from the 3'-untranslated region (utr). much of the sequence of the nonstructural proteins is poorly conserved among hcv genotypes; however, the ns3 and ns4b proteins contain a highly conserved region that is targeted by many antiviral drugs and is a target for rational mutagenesis. ns4a is implicated in viral entry and assembly.

most of the time you can turn off the location setting and just have your device available through find my. either enter the apple id password or find my password, then tap continue. you can also turn off find my in the my device tab.

and sometimes find my can lock you out even when you do know the correct passcode. normally it requires both the passcode and a condition that hasn't been met for your passcode to be changed. for example, if you lose your device or the passcode was set by someone else, and you have had find my turned on for a day or so, then anyone can turn off find my and reset the passcode. all they need is your device's serial number or apple id.

given the various circumstances you could be locked out, we do recommend notifying an apple store to have you.. to help resolve this issue as soon as possible, at the apple store, reset the passcode to factory settings for the device. then, follow the prompts for activation. 84d34552a1
